I had resigned myself to living with back pain after decades of no lasting relief, and my ability to engage in weightlifting and activities of daily life were impaired to varying degrees. Courtney’s individualized treatment and programming for me over the course of several months led to my lower back being pain free for nearly a year now, and I have been able to progress in my weightlifting journey without limitations and with much better form and proper muscle engagement (still much to learn of course). From pre to post treatment, my back squat PR increased by 41 pounds!
